Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Client Handling & Admin Executive who can manage client coordination, ensure smooth office administration, and maintain statutory and company compliance records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of basic HR or compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Handling:
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their requirements, updates, and feedback.
Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and share reports or documentation as requested by clients.
Administration:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain employee attendance records and office documentation.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communication professionally.
Support HR and management in scheduling meetings, interviews, and reports.
Compliance:
Maintain compliance-related documentation (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.).
Coordinate with HR/Accounts for statutory filings and record keeping.
Ensure company policies and government norms are properly followed.
Key Skills Required:

Strong organizational and documentation ability
Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
