Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant cum Front Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations while providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle front desk operations.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general tidiness of the reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and scheduling meetings.
Assist in coordinating office activities, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
Maintain records, databases, and confidential files with accuracy.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in front office or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
