Ensure cleanliness, security, and maintenance of the entire school premises.
Monitor repair and upkeep of buildings, classrooms, labs, furniture, electrical/plumbing, and play areas.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely execution of maintenance tasks.
Ensure regular inspections of fire safety systems, CCTV, and electrical panels.
Oversee daily operations of school transport services ensuring safety, punctuality, and route optimization.
Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport vendors.
Maintain documentation like vehicle fitness, insurance, pollution certificates, and driver licenses.
Implement safety protocols for students, staff, and visitors.
Manage security staff and ensure 24x7 vigilance through surveillance systems.
Conduct regular fire drills, emergency preparedness training, and health/safety audits.
Supervise housekeeping team to maintain hygiene and sanitation.
Monitor usage and stock of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
Ensure readiness of classrooms, washrooms, labs, and activity areas.
Maintain asset register for all infrastructure, IT equipment, furniture, and consumables.
Ensure proper tagging, movement, and accountability of resources.
Manage procurement and stock for admin items, uniforms, stationery, etc.
Identify and negotiate with vendors for services like cleaning, canteen, repairs, IT, etc.
Draft and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs).
Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contracts.
Supervise front office and support staff (receptionist, peons, guards).
Manage school licenses, compliance records, and government liaison (pollution board, municipal, fire, etc.).
Support Principal in managing events, logistics, and inter-departmental coordination.
Provide logistic support for school functions, board exams, and PTMs.
Ensure classrooms and halls are arranged with seating, microphones, decor, etc., as per need.

Graduate in Administration / Facility Management / Any discipline (MBA preferred)
5+ years of experience in school/college administration, facility management, or military background
Prior experience in education sector preferred

Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and inventory tools
Strong negotiation, planning, and coordination skills
High attention to detail, discipline, and time management
Good written and verbal communication (Hindi & English)
