WORK-Ghar ke staff mambers jese house cleaner, chefs, chauffers, maali ( gardener )etc ko supervisor krna dekhna ki wo log sahi se kaam kr rahe hai ya nhi unki report rakhna kon kab aa rha hai thik se work kr rahe hai ya nhi sari cheeze orgainise thik tarah se ki gyi hai ya nhi . floor inchrge type work krna hai pure ghr ko manage krna hoga .

experience -5 yrs+ required (1-2 staff management )

Job Summary:

House Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Directors House. This

includes overseeing maintenance, organizing events, and ensuring a high standard of service and

cleanliness is maintained at all times including Garden.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management

Supervise household staff (e.g. housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs, gardeners).

With effective efficiency & Management.

Household Operations

Maintain household standards, schedules, and routines.

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all areas.

Oversee vendors and service providers (e.g. cleaners, electricians, plumbers).

Create and maintain a household manual.

Manage vehicle maintenance and chauffeur schedules.

Budgeting & Inventory

Manage household budgets and expenses.

Maintain inventory of household supplies and restock as needed.

Keep records of purchases, warranties, and service schedules.

Event Planning & Guest Management

Coordinate private events, dinners, or social gatherings.

Maintenance

Oversee the maintenance of the property, including landscaping and seasonal tasks.

Schedule repairs and renovations as needed.

Security & Confidentiality

Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Monitor household security systems and protocols.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role in a private household or estate.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Discretion and professionalism.

Familiarity with smart home technology and home automation systems is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Must be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
