Job Title: Admin cum HR Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office administration Activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
Coordinate employee engagement and training activities
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll data coordination
Support management with reports and general HR tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and other ERPs.
