Experience: 1 to 4 years
Shift: 8.5 hours
Week off: 2nd and 4th Saturday off and all Sundays off
Responsibilities:
Managing complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing general office tasks.
Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries, and compiling data for decision-making.
Conducting research, assisting with projects, and coordinating with other teams.
Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related arrangements.
Setting up and coordinating meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
Provide administrative support for HR executives.
General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter etc.
Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, process confidential reports and documents.
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA
