Job Title: Admin Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day administrative operations and ensure efficient office functionality.
Responsibilities:
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
· Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general support.
· Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate documentation.
· Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs as necessary.
· Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
· Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
