Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized workspace

• Oversee procurement and inventory, including managing quotations from vendors and maintaining stock

• Assist with basic finance and account coordination, expense tracking, and office budgeting

• Maintain organized documentation—both digital and physical files

• Serve as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and visitors

• Support scheduling, meeting logistics, and office event coordination

• Ensure workplace safety standards are followed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in office administration, accounts, or procurement

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office tools

• Graduate in any discipline

• Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work both independently and as part of a team
