Handle day-to-day administrative activities and ensure seamless office operations.
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems (physical & digital).
Manage incoming calls, emails, and distributor communications.
Support coordination with 200+ distributors across India.
Track distributor orders, confirm dispatch details, and follow up on payments.
Assist in preparing distributor-related reports, price lists, and communication materials.
Coordinate with accounts for bill generation, credit notes, cash discounts, and outstanding summaries.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of invoices, purchase orders, challans, and transport documents.
Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team to track shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain records of courier/transporters and resolve basic shipment-related queries.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.
Maintain stock movement data, distributor-wise summaries, and order tracking sheets.
Assist management with meeting schedules, follow-ups, and operational planning.
Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and documentation when required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication (Hindi & English)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email coordination)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-growing environment
Comfort working in a manufacturing/distribution setup
