Job description:
Siddhi Filter Media is a Mumbai-based manufacturer of industrial filtration products, supplying filter bags, cartridges, pads, and customised solutions to pharma, chemical, food, cement, and engineering industries.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and send sales quotations to clients in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate packing, forwarding, and dispatch of materials with proper documentation.
Prepare and maintain all daily, weekly, and monthly production/operation reports required by management.
Maintain and arrange company product samples and materials in the office display/exhibition area for client visits.
Follow up with salespersons regarding submitted quotations, order updates, and client feedback.
Maintain accurate records of all communications, quotations submitted, and responses received.
Support management in day-to-day administrative activities, including filing, reporting, office coordination, and documentation work.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and professional email correspondence.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and coordinate between departments.
Male candidates preferred due to job requirements.
