About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and organized Admin Executive to handle office operations, building maintenance, and daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and computer skills, along with the ability to multitask and manage logistics efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise office building and general maintenance activities.

• Manage administrative operations such as stationery, housekeeping, and vendor coordination.

• Maintain records and reports using MS Excel.

• Handle logistics, travel bookings, and asset management.

• Support management in day-to-day operational requirements.

• Ensure smooth functioning of all office facilities and utilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
