Responsibilities:
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external
clients
• Provide administrative support to the management team and other
departments. Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing
correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Prepare and manage quotations for clients based on their requirements.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and
competitive pricing.
• Maintain records of all quotations and follow up with clients for approval
and feedback.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Gmail OR Outlook is must
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
