Responsibilities:
Search for relevant government/private tenders (GeM, eProcurement sites).
Download tender documents and study scope, terms, and eligibility.
Coordinate with technical and sales teams to prepare documentation.
Prepare and submit tender forms, EMDs, and supporting documents.
Track tender deadlines, corrigendums, and submission status.
Maintain tender submission records and files (both soft and hard copy).
Skills Required:
Knowledge of e-Tendering portals (GeM, NIC, etc.)
Basic technical understanding to interpret tender requirements.
Good coordination and document handling skills.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify GST-compliant invoices in Tally or similar software.
Record purchase and sales bills, credit/debit notes.
Assist CA/accountant in GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
Maintain vendor/customer GST details and proper document records.
Resolve basic GST mismatches or queries.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of GST rules and invoice formats.
Familiarity with Tally, Excel, and GST portals.
Accuracy and attention to legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
Maintain office records, files, and registers.
Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier.
Assist HR/accounts in admin support tasks.
Track staff attendance, leaves, and coordinate with HR.
Order office supplies, coordinate vendor payments, etc.

MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
