The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day office
operations, travel coordination, expense reporting, and vendor management. This
role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to
ensure smooth administrative functioning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management
team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and
organizing travel arrangements.
• Handle all travel bookings — flights, trains, buses, cabs, and hotel
accommodations — ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely
coordination.
• Prepare monthly administrative expense reports, including travel,
accommodation, and other operational costs.
• Manage petty cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and
ensure timely reconciliation.
• Manage service providers and vendors for office maintenance,
housekeeping, utilities, and other facility-related services.
• Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory, ensuring
availability and timely procurement.
• Should be flexible and available on phone calls and email for any
support that’s sought from member for travel
• Adapt to the organizational culture, support team goals, and
demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow with the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or
equivalent.
• 3–4 years’ experience in administrative operations, travel and
accommodation bookings, and vendor coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office & Google Workspace; fluent in English,
Kannada, and Hindi.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with
attention to detail.
• Flexible and willing to support the team based on organizational
requirements.
