We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic professional to support our administration and facility operations at our Noida office. If you have 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and a proactive mindset, this could be a great opportunity for you to grow with us.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Assist in day-to-day administrative and facility management activities
2. Coordinate with vendors for AMC, cleaning, and repair services
3. Maintain and track office supplies and inventory
4. Handle employee seating and workstation setups
5. Support travel arrangements and internal logistics
6. Maintain Excel records of vendors, invoices, stock, and reports
7. Ensure overall cleanliness and facility upkeep
8. Support procurement activities and monthly purchase records
9. Assist front desk operations and visitor handling
10. Help manage digital and physical files and documentation
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
1. Basic knowledge of MS Excel
2. Familiarity with Noida (preferred)
3. Positive attitude & willingness to learn
4. Sense of responsibility & ownership
5. Clear understanding of instructions and tasks
