Conduct telecalling to prospective students, parents, and partners to promote courses and events.
Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
Maintain and update leads database, follow up with inquiries, and convert leads into admissions.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events, social media activities, and branding.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining office records.
Prepare reports and assist in day-to-day operations of the office.
Provide excellent customer service to visitors, students, and clients.
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, telecalling, or administration (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
