Skills Required:
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic backend operations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in documentation, vendor management, and payment follow-ups.
• Strong personality with the ability to handle field visits when needed.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle backend operations including sales booking and documentation.
• Vendor coordination and management.
• Follow-up and coordination for payments with builders.
• Maintain and update records using Excel and CRM tools.
• Download and prepare reports from CRM systems and update to management.
• Visit builder offices when required for payment or documentation work.
