We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Manage day-to-day office operations, supplies, and maintenance
Handle documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems (digital and physical)
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, couriers)
Support HR and accounting teams with administrative tasks
Maintain office infrastructure and liaise with vendors or service providers
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings as required
Handle petty cash and assist in basic expense tracking
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Professional attitude and appearance
Familiarity with basic office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
