Office Management:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Documentation & Records:
Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate between departments and external vendors/clients.
Support event planning and execution.
Finance & Compliance Support:
Assist in basic accounting tasks like invoice processing and petty cash handling.
Support HR and finance departments in documentation and audits.
Customer & Staff Support:
Greet and assist visitors and callers professionally.
Provide administrative support to senior staff and team members.
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of administrative or office management experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
