We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The Admin Executive will play a key role in managing office activities, supporting executives, and facilitating effective communication within the organization.
Office Management:
Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Communication:
Handle internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Documentation:
Establish and maintain organized filing systems for company documents, records, and files.
Assist in document preparation and distribution as needed.
Scheduling:
Coordinate and manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Travel Arrangements:
Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Meeting Coordination:
Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Supervision:
Oversee administrative staff, delegate tasks, and ensure the completion of assigned responsibilities.
Resource Management:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources to meet organizational needs.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve administrative issues, escalating as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
