What You’ll Do:

• Call and connect with potential leads, explain course details and benefits.

• Maintain a friendly and informative tone while handling queries over the phone.

• Greet and assist walk-in candidates at the centre.

• Support the team in coordinating meetings and ensuring smooth follow-ups.

• Be open to flexible work timings – mainly day shift with a few evening call requirements.

• Closing the lead and admission formalities.

• Freshers welcome! (Training will be provided)

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Pleasant personality and confidence to interact with people.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets).
