Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the daily, weekly, and monthly schedule of the senior management.
Travel & Logistics: Handle travel arrangements including flight bookings, visa processing, accommodation, local transport, etc.
Meeting Coordination: Organize internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Document Handling: Draft, proofread, and manage confidential documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal departments, clients, and vendors professionally and promptly.
Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date employee records both digitally and physically (joining forms, ID cards, contracts, etc.).
Attendance & Leave Management: Oversee attendance tracking systems, leave records, and ensure accurate reporting.
Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee events, celebrations, and training sessions.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices align with labor laws and internal policies.

MIS Reports: Prepare HR/Admin related reports weekly/monthly (attendance, headcount, turnover, etc.).
