Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.

• Organize and maintain files, records, and documents both physically and digitally.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.

• Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering.

• Support finance with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping.

• Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.

• Ensure the office environment is neat and professional.

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

• Basic accounting knowledge.
