We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team at Gautam Modi Group to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Advertise openings on job portals and social media.
Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working.
Key Responsibilities :
Workforce Planning & Recruitment – Coordinate hiring: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. – Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and inductions for new employees.
Performance & Talent Development – Support appraisals, feedback cycles, and HR metrics reporting. – Assist in training initiatives, employee development, and talent retention efforts. Employee Relations – Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. – Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding. Legal & Compliance – Maintain employee records per regulations. – Ensure adherence to labor laws (e.g. PF, ESIC), HR policies, and audit processes.
Office & Facility Oversight – Ensure smooth operation of workshop office: supplies, equipment, scheduling maintenance. – Coordinate with vendors and manage procurement.
Documentation & Reporting – Prepare correspondence, MIS reports, manage filing systems (physical and digital). – Take minutes in meetings, handle business travel, and personal/local errands for managers.
Event Planning – Organize employee activities, team meetings, and internal events.
Facility Compliance & Safety• – Ensure workshops adhere to safety standards and internal policies. – Monitor housekeeping, infrastructure, and compliance documents .
