we are looking for a counsellor and BDO to join our team G-TEC computer Education Kodambakkam to manage the full - cycle recruitment process for the organization. the tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluation them.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling daily administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, managing correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.), preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining files and records.
Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep, potentially including vendor management and purchasing requests.
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications, coordinating meetings and events, and liaising with different departments or external parties.
Providing administrative support to various projects, including research, document preparation, and logistical coordination.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information encountered in the role.
