Job description
Desired experience for administration manager includes:
1. Any Graduation Degree.
2. Minimum 1.5-5+ years experience in home video or related field preferably in Sales Administration, Sales, Sales Analysis, Accounting, Finance, Master Data, Order Management or Operations
3.Demonstrated experience managing Third Party vendors preferred
4.Must have understanding of retail principles and retail operations
Responsibilities:
1.Manage and coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, ID card issuance, facilities, and other admin-related services.
2.Handle housekeeping management , ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
3.Oversee system maintenance and office infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime.
4.Manage a workforce of 100–150 employees, including support staff and vendors.
5.Maintain records of vendors, contracts, and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
6.Monitor office supplies, procurement, and stock management.
7.Ensure safety, security, and compliance of office premises.
8.Coordinate with management and employees for admin support requirements.
