Tractor Junction is India’s leading online platform for buying, selling, and comparing tractors and farm equipment. We aim to empower farmers with transparent and accessible information. As our operations scale, we are looking for a proactive and reliable Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative and office functions at our Noida office.
Oversee daily office operations and facility management
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory tracking
Handle courier services, travel bookings, and vendor coordination
Maintain employee attendance, ID cards, and access records
Assist HR and Finance teams with documentation and basic data entry
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with facility vendors
Ensure cleanliness, order, and proper functioning of office infrastructure
Manage petty cash, expense reports, and bill payments
Welcome visitors, answer calls, and handle front-desk responsibilities when required
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1–3 years of experience in admin/operations roles
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Reliable, punctual, and proactive in handling responsibilities
Monthly salary up to ₹25,000 (in-hand)
