Designation – Admin Executive (Warehouse)
Type of Warehouse – Pharma

Job Description –

• Managing day-to-day administrative activities of the warehouse.

• Handling documentation, record keeping, file management, and maintaining warehouse-related registers.

• Coordinating with vendors for housekeeping, security, utilities, and facility maintenance.

• Managing gate entry, material in/out records, visitor management, and security coordination.

• Ensuring smooth functioning of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.

• Assisting the warehouse team with documentation for inward, outward, and dispatch.

• Coordinating for repairs, AMC, facility services, CCTV operations, and basic IT coordination.

• Supporting audits (internal/external) by arranging documents and ensuring compliance.

• Ensuring hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards across the warehouse premises.

• Preparing administrative MIS reports and sharing with management.

Requirements –

• Strong knowledge of warehouse administrative activities.

• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

• Ability to handle vendors, facilities, and administrative operations independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience in Admin profile is mandatory.

Graduate (Any discipline)

Experience Required:

1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse administration or facility coordination.
