We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our real estate operations. This role involves managing daily office tasks, coordinating with agents and clients, maintaining property listings, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update property listings on MLS and company platforms
Schedule appointments, property showings, and meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
Prepare and process real estate documents (e.g., agreements, disclosures, leases)
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Support marketing efforts (flyers, online postings, social media updates)
Track transaction progress and assist with closings
Liaise between agents, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Order office supplies and manage office inventory
