Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Client Support Executive to join our Digitalness team. The ideal candidate will handle client communications, follow up on leads, and support ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, emails, and online channels.

• Understand client requirements and present suitable digital marketing solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up until deal closure.

• Maintain strong client relationships and handle post-sales support.

• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, and development) for project execution.

• Manage renewals for ongoing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).

• Track and report daily/weekly sales and client activity updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Communications).

• 0-1years of experience in sales, client servicing, or customer support (preferably in digital marketing or advertising).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of digital marketing services (preferred).

• Ability to meet targets and maintain excellent client relations.

• Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and online communication platforms.
