Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main communication point between implant companies, doctors, and the dental lab
Track and manage implant cases from start to delivery
Ensure timely dispatch, pickups, and follow-ups with clinics and suppliers
Maintain records of implant components, invoices, and payments
Coordinate internally with the design, production, and dispatch teams
Assist the implant specialist and lab manager in daily administrative tasks
Prepare and update reports on implant cases, billing, and communication logs

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental clinic, lab, or healthcare admin role
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of dental implant terminology preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking
Proficient in MS Office / Google Sheets
Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi an added advantage)
