Key Responsibilities:

Support the management team and staff with daily administrative tasks

Maintain and organize office records, files, and databases

Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and company events

Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations

Oversee office supplies, inventory, and maintenance needs

Develop and streamline administrative processes and procedures

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

2+ years of administrative experience

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Preferred (but not required):

Experience with office management software and systems

Certification in administration or a related field
