Job Summary

We are seeking a well-presented, customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to be the face of our café. You will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming environment, managing guest interactions, and supporting front-of-house operations. Your role is crucial in creating lasting impressions and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Ensure guests are seated comfortably and attended to promptly.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items to guide guests and make recommendations.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the café’s booking system.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain a clean, inviting front-of-house environment at all times.

• Promote customer feedback collection and ensure follow-ups are conducted.

• Build relationships with regular guests to enhance customer retention.

• Assist in social media check-ins, online reviews, and loyalty initiatives (as needed).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality with a polished, professional appearance.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Knowledge of POS systems and reservation tools is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of food & beverage service etiquette.

Education:

• Minimum: Graduate in any stream (Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred).
