We are looking for a Admin Executive (Internship for Fresher with 5-6K fix/Monthly stipend ) to join our team at Ada Enterprises to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5000 - ₹15000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily office administration, documentation, and coordination tasks.

• Support sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and basic data handling.

• Handle calls, emails, and maintain proper records for smooth operations.

• Learn sales skills while contributing to overall business growth.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

• co ordinate with sales team.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and candidate must be a fresher. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
