Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and well-spoken Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face of our salon. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, handling client interactions, and supporting the salon team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude

• Handle walk-ins, phone, and WhatsApp inquiries

• Manage appointments, bookings, and follow-ups

• Process billing and payments accurately

• Support the team with product sales and coordination

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Open to all educational backgrounds and experience levels

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Basic computer knowledge (billing/booking software experience is a plus)

• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
