Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise floor staff including beauticians, hairdressers, and helpers.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and discipline on the salon floor.

• Manage the cash counter: handle billing, daily cash closing, and customer payments.

• Maintain sales and service records using MS Excel (daily collection, staff service report, product sales).

• Handle client bookings, appointments, and walk-in management.

• Train and guide staff on grooming, customer interaction, and services.

• Coordinate with management on stock, product requirements, and staff schedules.

• Report daily activities and cash summary to the Salon Manager or Owner.

Requirements:

• Female candidate with 2–4 years of salon/spa or customer service experience.

• Experience in supervising staff and handling customers.

• Knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory (basic data entry, billing record, service tracking).

• Must be able to handle cash counter independently.
