Answer and route phone calls to the appropriate department.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and basic documentation.
Handle inquiries related to courses, fees, and admission process.
Assist students with enrollment and admission formalities.
Maintain a clean and professional reception area.
Coordinate with internal staff for smooth office operations.
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Strong communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
