👩‍💼 Receptionist / Sales Executive Intern – Knowledge Gainer Institute

We are looking for a Receptionist / Sales Executive Intern to join our team at Knowledge Gainer Institute. This role involves handling front-desk administrative responsibilities along with sales and customer interaction tasks. The internship duration will be 3 months, and on successful completion, candidates will be considered for a full-time role with the organization.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a clean and presentable reception area with necessary supplies.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

• Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.

• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining records.

• Assist in sales-related activities, customer handling, and basic lead follow-ups.

📌 Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers welcome).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a professional attitude.

💰 Stipend/Salary: ₹1000 – ₹16,000 (in-hand) with growth opportunities.

📑 Internship Duration: 3 Months (Sales + Reception Internship).
