Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, members, and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
Manage the front desk, including handling phone calls, walk-in enquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding yoga courses, classes, workshops, and schedules.
Make calls on the leads provided to prospective and existing students. follow-up calls to enquiries and registered students for reminders, updates, or feedback (no sales target).
Maintain student records and enquiry registers.
Coordinate with teachers and the administration team for smooth functioning of classes.
Handle registrations, fee receipts, and maintain proper documentation.
Support event coordination and other institute activities when required.
