We are looking for a professional, proactive, and flexible Receptionist & Telecaller to manage the front office of our real estate company and support our sales team through follow-up and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day front office operations.
Handle incoming calls and visitor inquiries.
Perform regular follow-up calls with clients.
Make cold calls to potential customers.
Maintain client records and update databases.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Support general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Kannada (mandatory).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills are essential.
