Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain records, update databases, and manage basic computer tasks.

Explain products/services to potential clients over the phone or in person.
Coordinate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.

Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or in sales is preferred.
