Manage and update student records and online data.
Handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.): posting, responding to messages, and engagement.
Answer calls from students/customers and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.
Support the marketing team in online promotions.
Maintain organized communication records and reports.
Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
Experience with handling customer calls and social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry.
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
Prior experience in customer service, admin support, or social media management.
Comfortable with tools like Canva, WhatsApp Business, or CRM systems.
