We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle inbound/outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management
Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional attitude. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with relevant departments. Handle incoming inquiries at the front desk.
Telecalling Duties
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information. Maintain call records, follow-up lists, and customer details. Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned. Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure professionalism.
Administrative Support
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings. Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and email handling. Coordinate with internal teams when required. Handle courier services, mail, and office supplies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to handle pressure and multitask. Prior experience as a receptionist or telecaller is an advantage.
