About the Role:

We are looking for a courteous, well-organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the face of our office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist academy scheduling, support internal coordination, and ensure the upkeep of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Visitor Management:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and students in a warm, professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls to relevant staff members.

• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue visitor/security passes as required.

• Provide basic company or course information to visitors and callers.

Office & Facility Management:

• Keep the reception and front office area clean, organized, and presentable.

• Monitor and ensure cleanliness across the office, including restrooms.

• Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate daily housekeeping tasks.

Academic Support (WTF Academy):

• Manage and update academy class schedules, appointments, and classroom assignments.

• Maintain faculty timetables and notify all concerned parties of any changes.

• Assist in handling student walk-ins and maintain daily attendance logs.

Administrative Assistance:

• Perform basic data entry, documentation, and file management.

• Coordinate internal communication across departments for smooth operations.

• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior administrative or training staff.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-groomed and presentable with a customer-focused attitude.

• Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive duties.
