Job Summary:
As the first point of contact at Vision Aviation Academy, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for students, parents, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the front desk efficiently while supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, students, and parents warmly and direct them appropriately

• Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism

• Handle student admissions queries and schedule appointments for counselors

• Maintain the front desk area and ensure it's always presentable and organized

• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages promptly

• Maintain student attendance records, issue ID cards, and assist with uniform coordination

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team

• Manage basic data entry and documentation tasks

• Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and back-office staff as needed

• Assist in organizing academy events, seminars, or workshops

• Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role preferred (aviation or education industry is an advantage)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and a polite, friendly demeanor

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Fluency in Kannada & English language preferred
