The Hotel Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and excellent customer service. The role involves handling front desk operations, managing reservations, and assisting guests with inquiries to ensure a pleasant stay.
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Answer phone calls, emails, and provide accurate information about hotel services.
Maintain guest records and update reservation system.
Process payments and manage billing/invoices.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude.
