Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
Provide information about tour packages, itineraries, booking procedures, and services offered.
Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, brochures, and initial tour planning.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the sales or travel consultant team.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update client information.
Provide administrative support to the operations or sales team as needed.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role (experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with booking or CRM software is a plus.
Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
