We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly professional Executive Assistant / Receptionist to join our Mumbai office. This role combines administrative excellence with front-office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing direct support to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners

• Manage front-desk operations, including calls, emails, and visitor coordination

• Maintain office calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for management

• Assist senior management with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages

• Support event coordination, meetings, and in-house programs

• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination

• Uphold a professional and welcoming office environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or certification in administration/office management is a plus

• 1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, reception, or office administration

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic tech tools

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
