We are looking for a Receptionist cum Admin (only Female), to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17000 - ₹18000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to patients and visitors in a warm, polite manner
Schedule and manage patient appointments and follow-ups
Serve tea/coffee to patients or staff when required
Maintain front office cleanliness and order
Perform basic admin duties using computer (Emails, MS Office, etc.)
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
