Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, managing the front desk and providing administrative support. This role involves greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling mail, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
• Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Prepare and send out mail and packages.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
• Provide basic administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
• Assist with candidate management, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee and contact directories.
• Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
Working Hours:
• Full-time position, 6 days a week.
• Specific hours to be determined.
